if you drink a lot of water or diet soda, switch to drinks high in calories. Fruit juice and soda will add a lot of calories to your diet. If you workout or exercise, drink gatorade after instead of water. it has a lot of carbs in it.

Make yourself a nice milkshake as an afterdinner snack too.

Weight gainer, no doubt about it. Combined with a good lifting program, you should pack on a lot of lean mass.

go to shopping.com and type that in.

I reccomend Super Heavyweight Gainer 1200 by Champion Nutrition, but that is becuase I think all of their products are awesome.

EAS products are the most over priced supplements out there. They are the "BoDog" of the supplement industry. They are great marketers...but there are much better products available.

What you can do is eat more. Basically you can eat like 4-5 meals a day spaced out 2.5 to 3 hrs a part. What you want is more carbs and protein in your foods. Weight Gainers and all that are great but eating solid foods are better. When I'm offseason, I bump up my portions a bit so I get more protein and carbs. To gain weight take your weight and 1.5x. that should be your protein intake for each day.

so... 155 X 1.5 = 232.5 grams of protein a day
236/ 5 = about 47 grams per serving.

Easy enough when you can eat stuff like chicken breast that packs 25-30 per 6oz or some fish like salmon.

I hope this helps you out.

They are because they got all those athletes taking their stuff. their shakes taste great but they are very overpriced. You can get stuff cheaper online like dps nutrition. Also muscletech stuff is also very overpriced.

I know EAS products are freaking expensive, thats why im moving to new products now, but i was wondering, if i combined a good protein shake with creatine, plus vitamins...( and of course eating at least 5 times a day)...could i gain weight easily?? I should, right?
